Objectives for Students

Classes

We offer classes in many areas, including gymnastics, fitness, cheer, and dance. See below for class details!

GYMNASTICS: Our class are in accordance with the USA Gymnastics guidelines and progression all Olympic events. Our training may also include trampoline and Tumbl-Trak.

  • Dynamic Duo - Parent/adult and child participation for children 18 months to age 3
  • Puddle Jumpers - Girls & boys, ages 3 & 4
  • Pond Hoppers - Girls and Boys ages 4 and 5
  • Bullfrogs - Boys only, ages 4 & 5
  • Rising Stars - K+ no experience necessary
  • Shooting Stars Backhandspring Class - K+
  • Leap Stars Gymnastics Team - starting at level 3 and up
  • Competitive Levels 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7

CHEER: Jump, cheer, tumble. Children focus on the basics of cheerleading, including arm motions, jumps, chants and cheers. We provide the opportunity for performances at community based events. They have also performed and cheered at a local university volleyball game and women’s gymnastics meets.

DANCE: Discover the art of ballet, the thrill of tap dancing and the high energy FUN of jazz and hip hop. Our combination classes offer our students the opportunity to explore different venues of dance. Ages 3 ½ and up. All students are given the opportunity to perform at local community events and more. Develop gross motor skills, sequencing, creativity, listening and directional skills, Build self esteem through positive reinforcement.

Skill Set "Power Hour": Skill Set "Power Hour" is an opportunity for your child to work on skills of his or her choice under the supervision of our instructors / coaches. Children 18mos.- 3 years of age require parent (caregiver) participation. Children 4 years and older attend open gym independently.

Fun Friday: Your child will enjoy a night out as much as you when they attend FUN FRIDAY! They will be entertained while being instructed in classes as well as games, art & crafts, and a dance party. Snacks will be provided. Girls and boys ages 4+.
